We are offering a delicious sampling of some of the best, mouth watering BBQ items from The Butchery Block with Smoked Brisket, Smoked Pulled Pork, a Texas Hot Link Sausage, Coleslaw, Baked Beans and a couple Cornbread too!
Orders are available for takeaway or you can sit down and enjoy the view from the Cochrane Lions Rodeo Grounds. You can place your pre-orders using our convenient online store, or stop by and visit us in person!

The Cochrane Lions Club is holding their annual Spring Dance on March 29, 2025 and to help kick off the season, your friends at The Butchery Block have prepeared a delicious Texas BBQ dinner! Available for either eat in or take out. Doors for the Spring Dance open at 7pm with the band going on for 8!
